human qualities at the heart of our HR policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<strong>Continual investment<\/strong> : since 2015, we have invested over 800K\u20ac a year in the modernization and automation of our production tools, without forgetting investments for over 400K\u20ac made to our information systems (ERP, MES, CMMS, bar code readers, etc\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<strong>Internal promotions are possible<\/strong> : 10 of our employees were professionally promoted between 2014 and 2018<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<strong>Friendly atmosphere<\/strong> and <strong>team spirit<\/strong>
