"At a time of globalization, the goal of global competitiveness of the company FPSA is based on the satisfaction of needs and expectations of our customers and the preservation of the environment.
The system of Quality Management / Environment established in accordance with the standard models ISO 9001 version 2008, ISO 14001 version 2004 and ISO 13485 version 2004 set the organization, responsibilities and missions of the various services.
It also guarantees a "clean production" and better compliance with regulatory requirements and others.
The main areas of work are:
* A strengthening budget monitoring and control of the financial aspect.
* Increase our cultural change by controlling innovation, design & business development .
* An optimization of our processes by improving efficiency in production, the reduction of non-quality and improve customer compliance period
* Compliance with regulatory compliance and legal as well as strengthening our relationships with stakeholders.
* An enhanced training and communication.
* Improved waste management, reduced use of natural resources and energy,
* A greater prevention of risks related to safety,
Our Quality and safety Manual affirms our commitment to see accomplished this integrated policy and therefore, compliance with the provisions described therein. To measure the application of this system, targets are set annually.
I delegate management system Quality Management and Environment FPSA to our Quality Manager. He will be the guarantor of the implementation, effectiveness and good understanding of all these provisions.
In the interest of continuous improvement of this system, I give him authority to conduct investigations and audits as it seems necessary to fulfill this mission. "
